With over fifteen years experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Andrew has represented various tourism boards, executing public relation plans to increase brand visibility.

He holds an honors certificate in Writing Essentials from the University of Toronto as well as  a post diploma in Public Relations Management  and Hospitality & Tourism Administration from Centennial College.

Throughout  his career, he has represented clients from around the world and led the media relations strategy for The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, Toronto Caribbean Carnival, Occidental Hotels & Resorts, PromPeru, Kenya Tourist Board, The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel, Experience Kissimmee, Panama Tourist Board, Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism and Nevada Commission on Tourism.




Jenelle Ernest holds a Bachelor of Business with over fifteen years experience executing global marketing and digital campaigns for a variety of brands.


Specializing in tech, hospitality & tourism, her portfolio includes some of the largest global brands including, The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, Toronto Caribbean Carnival, BMO, TD Bank, SLS Hotels, Calvin Klein, Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs, and Vera Wang. 

Jenelle brings a dynamic understanding of curating brand stories, and driving successful campaigns.




Petronilla has over twenty-five years of direct sales experience with EOE Group Inc. Her skills in event planning, operations management, budget control, relationship building, sales and activation has been an asset.


Petronilla is the Chair of the Caribbean Scholarship Foundation (CSF) Fundraising committee, and an active member of the Chinese Invest & Business Alliance of Canada (CIBAC).She has participated in several community events and non-profit organizations, including Sheena’s Place Awareness Breakfast with Sophie Gregoire - wife of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.


Petronilla has worked with high profile dignitaries  providing marketing support to organizations such as Carib Beer, Grace Kennedy Foods and Western Union.











Michelle is a seasoned graphic designer working within the marketing and advertising industry for over ten years. Her passion for creative design continuously evolves to meet an ever-changing world. 

Her ability to think outside the box has allowed her to merge graphic design and writing skills into one, with her work appearing in numerous renowned digital and print publications.

Michelle published her first novel Oleah Chronicles: TRUTH, a fantasy novel with a visual writing style that brought characters to life. Her creative imagination inspired her to design the book covers for the series of installments.
