With over ten years experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Andrew has represented various tourism boards and hotel chains where he executed public relation plans to increase the destination / brands visibility.
Andrew holds an honors certificate in Writing Essentials from the University of Toronto and previous to that, a post diploma in Public Relations Management and Hospitality & Tourism Administration from Centennial College.
Andrew has held various roles within the tourism industry, including a position at Tourism Toronto Convention and Visitors Bureau, which led him to pursue a career in public relations at the historic Fairmont Royal York hotel before joining VoX International.
During his career, Andrew has represented clients from around the world and led the media relations strategy for Occidental Hotels & Resorts, PromPeru, Kenya Tourist Board, The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel, Experience Kissimmee, Panama Tourist Board, Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism and Nevada Commission on Tourism.

Melissa Kaye has bolstered her career through numerous academic achievements and diverse communications roles over the years.
As a graduate with honors from Durham College in Emergency Communications, Melissa shaped her early career in communications as an Emergency Operator with a local police service.
Melissa has held a management position with retail chain Loblaw’s providing accessible communications channels between top executives and operations personnel.
In 2015, Melissa addressed thousands of people at the Toronto Pan Am Games opening ceremony with a personally written speech on Loblaw’s goals, values and dedication to providing high quality, healthy products for athletes and everyday people alike.
Melissa enrolled in Emergency Management at Ryerson University, majoring in crisis communications and response. She continues to serve as a public relations ambassador for numerous fire services within Ontario. Her focus and determination in communications is undoubtedly present in her speech and writing style with the ability to turn plain text into striking conversation.
Michelle is a seasoned graphic designer working within the marketing and advertising industry for over ten years. Her passion for creative design has evolved with the changing times.
Michelle's work has appeared in various print and online publications. Her ability to think outside of the box creatively has allowed her to merge her graphic design skills and passion for writing into one.
Michelle debuted her first book Oleah Chronicles: TRUTH, a fantasy novel with a visual writing style that brought characters to life. Her creative imagination inspired her to design the book covers for the series of installments.

Holding a Certificate of Arts from Universidad de Oriente (Anaco, Venezuela), an honours certificate in Journalism from Niagara College and a Bachelors Degree in Business Communications with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Brock University, Donn is as educated as he is experienced.
Donn has held positions in operations and communications within two international companies, both based out of Toronto overseeing accounts in the United States, Asia and Europe. These roles coming after he garnered work experience in The Islands of Bermuda.
Donn’s professional career has been driven by the passion he holds for marketing and managing organizational structure. Thanks to his formal background and ability to adapt, Donn has seen much success in his realm of expertise.

Petronilla Marchan has over twenty-five years of direct sales experience with EOE Group Inc. Her skills in event planning, operations management, budget control, relationship building, sales and activation have been an asset to numerous organizations. Petronilla is the Chair of the Caribbean Scholarship Foundation (CSF) Fundraising committee, and an active member of the Chinese Invest & Business Alliance of Canada (CIBAC).
Petronilla has participated in several community events and non-profit organizations, including Sheena’s Place Awareness Breakfast with Sophie Gregoire - wife of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Petronilla has worked with high profile dignitaries from the Caribbean and has provided
marketing support to organizations such as Carib Beer, Grace Kennedy Foods and Western Union.
